Carly Maready

Human Resources Associate

Carly Maready is the Human Resources Associate for the Helmsley Charitable Trust. In this role, Carly works with the HR team and across Helmsley to identify, screen, and interview potential new employees. Carly plays a key role in the onboarding process as well as training and development.

Carly previously spent five years as the Executive Assistant for Helmsley's Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Program.

Prior to joining Helmsley in 2011, Carly worked as an administrative assistant at Lindsay Goldberg LLC. The majority of her career has been in interior design, where she spent five years designing custom stone architectural pieces and representing high-end fabric design houses. Her enthusiasm for organizing, problem-solving, and the field of philanthropy eventually led her to work at Helmsley. She is a people person and enjoys helping to create a positive and informative work environment.

Carly graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Communications, specializing in advertising and public relations. In her spare time, she enjoys going on adventures, playing with her family, cooking, and people-watching.
