Carol Astle is the Office Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the many components of the day-to-day management of the office, including reception, conference room management, security protocols, vendor management, and assisting with logistics for the onboarding and departure of all staff members. Since joining Helmsley in 2012, Carol has played a leading role in several organization-wide projects, such as developing and executing the Business Continuity Plan, coordinating several office moves, and leading and coordinating several IT system upgrades. She oversees the relationships with Helmsley’s IT consultant and audiovisual vendor, serving as the primary liaison to help staff resolve issues and keep all systems up to date.
Carol graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. She is currently pursuing her MBA from Syracuse University and is expected to graduate in April 2018.
Carol has been interested in fitness throughout her life and obtained her Pilates certification in 2002. In addition to dancing and teaching Pilates, she is an avid runner and has completed numerous marathons, including those in New York City, Houston, Hartford, and the New Jersey Shore. She loves to spend her spare time with her family.
