Jacqueline Ferrari Heavens
Controller and Vice President of Operations
Jacqueline Ferrari Heavens is the Controller and Vice President of Operations of The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust. She manages the controllership activities of the Trust including accounting, tax return preparation, audits, and cash management. She also oversees the Trust's operational functions.
Prior to her role at the Trust, Ms. Ferrari Heavens was a Senior Associate with WTAS, LLC, a tax compliance and consulting firm. While at WTAS, she managed tax engagements for high-net worth individuals and their related private foundations, partnerships, and corporations. In addition to other positions in accounting and taxation, Ms. Ferrari Heavens also has experience in business journalism.
Ms. Ferrari Heavens is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, California Society of CPAs, and New York State Society of CPAs. She holds a Masters of Accountancy from Baruch College and a dual Bachelors of Science degree in both Management and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Ms. Ferrari Heavens has been interested in athletics and fitness throughout her life, captained the women’s basketball team at RPI, and is a certified group exercise instructor.
