Sandra Moccia
Senior Accountant
Sandra Moccia is a Senior Accountant at The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust. In this role, she works extensively with the general ledger to maintain the Trust’s books and records and provides research and analytical support to senior management and other staff.
For the past ten years, Sandra has held various accounting positions, including four years of auditing for non-profit entities. Her clients have included public charities, private foundations, museums, schools and social clubs. In addition to providing audit services, Sandra also prepared tax returns for her clients.
Sandra is a graduate of College of Staten Island (CUNY) and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance. She is a professionally licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). In her free time, Sandra loves travelling to different places, going out to concerts, and attending Broadway shows.
