Project Title

A holistic diet intervention for people with Crohn's disease

This study will provide a proof of principle demonstrating that a customized low fat and high fiber diet is beneficial in terms of improving symptoms and catering a customized diet will allow development of a diet program that can be disseminated widely. In addition, providing psychosocial support is likely to improve short-term and long-term outcomes for Crohn's disease patients and enhance adherence to beneficial dietary recommendations in a daily setting.
