The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Mediterranean Diet (IBDMED) microbiome-targeting nutritional education program for CD control and prevention

Project Description

The IBDMED program addresses an important unmet need of patients with CD and can be implemented as a part of the multidisciplinary treatment, management, and prevention of CD globally. If successful, this intervention has the potential to provide a long-term, large-scale and global solution using a personalized microbial-targeted dietary approach to improve disease outcomes and the overall quality of life for patients living with IBD
