Associate Program Officer
Alex Pasek is an Associate Program Officer for the Helmsley Charitable Trust’s Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Program. He helps to oversee the glucose control grants portfolio which identifies and invests in promising devices and technologies to improve the daily lives of people with T1D.
Prior to joining Helmsley, Alex worked in the life science consulting space focusing on a wide range of client engagements which included market landscape assessments, product portfolio and pipeline analyses, technology assessments, and go to market strategies for medical device companies. Additionally, as a part of his medical education, he has completed several international medical rotations, as well as rotations with the Mayo Clinic and the University of Tennessee.
Alex received an M.D from Jagiellonian University Medical College and Bachelor of Science in molecular biology and biotechnology from Arizona State University.
