Bezaida De La Cruz is an Administrative Assistant for the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Program. Bezaida supports the T1D Program's efforts to improve lives for people with T1D and prevent and delay the disease. She provides scheduling, travel, and expense support for the program.

Prior to joining Helmsley, Bezaida worked with Hudson Advisors, a globally integrated asset manager focused on real estate, credit, equity, and other financial assets, as an administrative assistant.

Bezaida has an associate degree in early childhood education from BMCC and a Bachelor’s degree of Arts and Science in liberal arts from The City College of New York. Bezaida loves spending time with her six nieces and nephews and is so proud to hold the title of “Best Aunty.” She is also a big foodie, and enjoys eating, cooking, and trying new restaurants every weekend.
