Brian Montaos is the IT User Support Manager at The Helmsley Charitable Trust. He oversees IT User Support at Helmsley to ensure a high level of satisfaction and to optimize workflow for staff. In this role, Brian aims to collaborate with all programs and departments to resolve issues efficiently and to implement new tools and strategies to enhance the overall IT experience.

Prior to joining Helmsley, Brian spent over a decade working in the fashion retail industry within the IT sector. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in network and communications management and an ITIL 4 Foundations certification. In his spare time, he is an avid F1 racing fan and enjoys hiking.
