Sandra Moccia is the Manager of Investment Operations at Helmsley where she coordinates and reports on the processes of the investment program. She oversees the workflow between Investment staff, money managers, the master custodial bank, attorneys, auditors, internal accounting and legal groups, and the grants management team as it pertains to investment operations.

Sandra received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the City University of New York and an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
