Kristen Bunt is a Program Officer for the Helmsley Charitable Trust’s Rural Healthcare Program. Kristen brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as Program Officer. In this role, Kristen supports the efforts that the Rural Healthcare Program began in 2009, and greater expansion within rural areas with a focus on continuing quality healthcare close to home. She says making a difference for those she serves and supports is what drives her every day.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Science in performance improvement. She and her husband have two sons and a Boston Terrier, and live in Sioux Falls, SD. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending soccer games, and traveling.
