David Sollors is Associate General Counsel of the Helmsley Charitable Trust. David provides legal advice and representation to Helmsley on a broad range of topics including contracts, policies, and grants.
Prior to joining Helmsley, David served as Associate General Counsel at the Rockefeller University, where he advised regarding litigation, transactional law, and regulatory matters. David is a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School, and lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys medium-format film photography and is teaching himself the steel guitar.
