Using Natural Language Processing of Clinical Documentation to Improve Personalization of Care in Crohn's Disease

Project Description

The goal of this grant is to develop and evaluate bespoke natural language processing (NLP) approaches to automate the extraction of disease characteristics specific to CD patients from the medical record of doctor's notes, procedure reports, and imaging studies, and patient-authored notes.
