Application of Machine Learning to Precision Nutrition in Crohn's Disease

Project Description

To date, there is limited evidence in support of comprehensive dietary recommendations for IBD patients. The overall goal of the project is to validate a new laboratory tool to derive the molecular composition of an individual's diet from biosamples. Additionally, this project will provide new information linking specific dietary components to manifestations of CD.
