Jessie is an Associate Program Officer in The Helmsley Charitable Trust’s Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Program. Her work is focused on identifying innovative devices and technologies to fill gaps in care, improving outcomes, and ultimately reducing disease burden for people with T1D.

Before joining Helmsley, Jessie worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised across life sciences strategy, research and development, and portfolio management for major global pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She earned her Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Columbia University in 2021.

Outside of work, Jessie regularly visits her home state of Montana and enjoys hiking, painting, and reading sci-fi.
