Targeting Immunological Niches in VEO-IBD: From Genes to Therapies

Project Description

This project will generate spatial and single-cell maps of Crohn's disease using patient tissues and VEOIBD mouse models, integrate multi-omic and functional assays to dissect immune–microbial interactions, and build a therapeutic atlas to guide precision treatments.
