Project Title

UK Crohn's Disease MAMS Trial Development

Project Description

Comparing the safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness of Crohn's disease therapies will require a modern, complex clinical trial. In this project, Crohn's disease patients, expert clinicians, healthcare economists, and statisticians will contribute to the design of a multi-arm, multi-stage (MAMS) clinical trial to compare multiple interventions to a common comparator arm simultaneously. The resulting plan will be submitted to the United Kingdom's National Institute for Health and Care Research.
