Catalyzing next-generation clinical and translational outcomes for IBD patients through optimization of real-world datasets
An IBD-specific large language model will be updated and validated for the prioritization and extraction of the most clinically relevant information from three cohorts of IBD patients (majority with Crohn's disease). Clinical data and existing genetic data will be integrated into a comprehensive model of an individual patient's disease. Align patient-specific datasets to identify patient sub-groups and aid prediction of disease progression.
