Fecal MIcrobiota tRAnsplantation in Crohn's disease as reLay aftEr anti-TNF withdrawal (MIRACLE)

Project Description

Crohn's disease patients on stable remission often request to discontinue their biologic therapy; however, there are no validated, safe, and well-tolerated maintenance therapies for these patients. This grant aims to validate fecal microbiota transplantation as a new therapeutic option to maintain remission without the treatment burden and risks associated with biologics.
