Staging Crohn’s Disease using Mucosal Exosomes

Project Description

This study will identify specific, non-invasive biomarkers detected in the feces that could be used for diagnosis and routine monitoring of Crohn’s disease activity, including mucosal healing, the recommended treatment goal that is strongly associated with improved long-term outcomes for people living with Crohn’s disease.
