Validation of a Peripheral Blood Biomarker Signature for Anti-TNF Response in Patients with Crohn's Disease (ATPBioS)

Project Description

Funding to identify and validate two non-invasive biomarker signatures that will (1) predict whether a pediatric Crohn's disease patient is likely to respond to anti-TNF therapy and (2) allow routine monitoring of a patient's long-term response to therapy.
