Capacity building for Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Virtual IBD Telemedicine Network Program

Project Description

With an increasing number of patients with CD living in rural settings, new disease management paradigms such as telemedicine are critical. The innovative telemedicine model, employed by the DHH Virtual IBD Center will engage patients with CD and providers from Northern New England to create a collaborative care model for both new and established patients in the region, improving the quality of care and quality of life for CD patients.
