Integrative network approaches for VEO-IBD target gene identification, prioritization for drug discovery and genetic panel development

Project Description

This project aims to create predictive models with the goal to better understanding the molecular dynamics in disease states such as during Crohn's disease (CD), to apply these predictions to potential therapeutic strategies in an in-silico (virtual and computational) platform, and develop a practical tool for clinicians to guide and simplify genetic mapping.
