Next Phase of Stem Cell Transplant for Refractory Crohn's Disease

Project Description

This project will improve the long-term efficacy of autologous stem cell transplantation (auto-SCT) for refractory Crohn's disease (CD) by using immunotherapy post-transplant and provides an opportunity to understand why some CD patients are refractory to medications and how auto-SCT is effective in treating CD.
