Project Title

Implementing the COMBINE Trial Results in the ImproveCareNow (ICN) Learning Health Network

Project Description

This project aims to improve the care and outcomes of patients with pediatric Crohn's disease by disseminating and implementing the COMBINE trial results across the ImproveCareNow Network of over 100 GI centers and 35,000 patients. ICN will integrate findings into clinical care, promoting combination therapy for adalimumab and discontinuing it for Infliximab at initiation.
