Health System Transformation and Resilience Multi-Donor Trust Fund - Noncommunicable Disease Partnership: General Operating Support
To improve the delivery of health services for people living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, the objective of this proposal has a three-pronged, comprehensive approach with proposed activities into three overarching themes: 1) guiding investments, (2) generating evidence and capacity building, and (3) monitoring progress and ensuring quality data for action.
