Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) Project

Project Description

Support to send 20 retired, respected U.S. military generals and military law specialists on two six-day trips to Israel to gain first-hand knowledge about the extent to which Israel and its enemies adhere to the Law of Armed Conflict, and disseminate that information to U.S. policymakers, media, and domestic and international opinion leaders.
