Proposal for Building of Principal Infrastructure for all 20 Floors of the Helmsley Health Discovery Tower

Project Description

The Helmsley Health Discovery Tower will house an ecosystem of clinical treatment, clinical research, academia, and healthcare-focused start-ups working to advance medical research and facilitate new treatments for a multitude of diseases. It builds on a previous Helmsley grant of $18,000,001 approved in 2017 for construction of the skeleton and exterior cladding of the 20-story Tower.
