Project Title

Investigation of anti-GM-CSF autoantibodies as a disease determinant in Crohn's disease

Project Description

There is a need for the identification of accurate, non-invasive, and reliable biomarkers to accurately predict the onset and prognosis of Crohn's disease. This project will help develop a non-invasive predictor that can detect CD at early stages, prior to disease onset and will allow for earlier interventions that could better prevent disease progression or even prevent disease onset entirely.
