Lack of coherent communication and fragmentation is holding back progress across Crohn's disease stakeholders, such as patients, advocacy groups, researchers, pharmaceutical companies and funders. This grant focuses on facilitating improved collaboration and solutions-driven dialogue that will aim to boost the level of awareness and progress being made by the Crohn's disease ecosystem.
