Project Title

A System Biology Approach to Understanding Persistent Symptoms in Quiescent Crohn's Disease

Project Description

This proposal aims to better understand the key bacterial species and metabolic pathways which mediate persistent symptoms despite quiescent disease. Findings from these studies can serve as the foundation to develop novel microbial consortia as well as potential biomarkers to identify at-risk patients.
