“Tasty & Healthy” is not a diet but a dietary approach: randomized controlled trials of excluding pro-inflammatory nutrients for inducing and maintaining remission in Crohn's disease

Project Description

There is an urgent need to conduct specific interventions to test the efficacy and define the precise role of diet in preventing flares and the progression of Crohn's disease (CD).This proposed study by will demonstrate the utility of a safe, non-invasive, tolerable and unrestricted diet for both induction and maintenance of remission in CD subjects.
