Prevention of inflammatory bowel diseases in persons at risk: The PIONIR trial (Preventing IBD ONset in Individuals at Risk)

Project Description

There is an urgent need to conduct specific interventions to test for efficacy and to define the precise role of diet in preventing flares and the progression of CD. This proposed study will provide evidence for the utility of a safe, non-invasive, and a flexible diet in decreasing an individual's risk of developing IBD.
