Project Title

Type 1 Track at TCOYD Conferences

Project Description

Funding to support a dedicated Type 1 Track at 16 TCOYD conferences through 2016 and to assist TCOYD in building it fundraising infrastructure so that it can continue to offer the Type 1 Track into the future. The Type 1 Track promotes improved diabetes self-monitoring and features programming specifically designed to meet the education and support needs of adults and people over 65 years old living with T1D.
