Project Title

Building visionary and effective teams to accelerate progress against Type 1 diabetes (T1D) and other Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)

Project Description

AMP Health will partner with Non-communicable Disease (NCD) teams that are responsible for managing type-1 diabetes programs within the health ministries of Liberia, Malawi and Mozambique to strengthen leadership and management skills. Through a combination of embedded support; customized, problem-based learning; peer learning; and executive coaching, we will support these teams to develop skills and implement systems that they need to become more effective. Ultimately, these visionary and effective teams will contribute to strengthened health systems and improved health outcomes.
