Project Description

This project proposes to establish the biological and clinical relevance of abnormal Paneth cell phenotype (PCP) and immune perturbation as putative factors responsible for the causes, pathology and rise in the incidence of Crohn's disease in a population-wide setting of rural versus urban China.
