Development of an intestinal ultrasound index and a histopathology index for stricturing small bowel Crohn's disease

Project Description

The overall goals of this proposal are the development of an intestinal ultrasound (IUS) index that will allow monitoring of fibrostenotic (stricturing) Crohn's disease (CD) progression and response to therapy and a histopathology index that will be used as a gold standard for the validation of imaging indices.
