Development of a next-generation biomarker tool to accelerate the development of effective anti-fibrotic therapies
The overall goal of this proposal is to develop and validate an intestinal mucosal and imaging biomarker for stricturing small bowel CD as a critical tool to measure the severity of the fibrotic process in CD strictures and support the development of anti-fibrotic therapies.
