Quantitative Proteomic Profiling of Fibrostenotic Crohn’s Disease Patients

Project Description

This project aims to develop and validate a protein signature for the differentiation of fibrotic and non-fibrotic inflammatory CD patients as well as determine the relationships between different imaging modality features and the proteins signature within the stricturing and non-stricturing phenotypes.
