Project Description

To develop and evaluate a novel curriculum delivered to primary care providers (PCPs), by PCPs, introducing evidence and use of continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) in practice. And to identify barriers and facilitators to prescribing CGMs in primary care among a large national sample of PCPs.
