Pilot Endocrinology teleECHO Clinic in New Mexico

Project Description

To fund a pilot Endocrinology teleECHO clinic in New Mexico to build the capacity of primary care physicians and allied health workers in medically-underserved areas to treat complex diabetes with the goal of improving health outcomes for patients, specifically those with type 1 diabetes, and to lay the groundwork for replication of the model in additional states.
