Comprehensive individualized proactive therapy of Crohn's disease: The CURE study

Project Description

Current therapeutic options for Crohn's disease have limited efficacy to induce long lasting remission. This grant aims to use capsule-based endoscopy with therapeutic drug monitoring and provide guidance to proactively prevent flares/complications and tailor intensified treatments in high-risk Crohn's disease patients.
