Project Title

Israel IBD Research Nucleus (IIRN) Consortium: Capsule & Omics for pRedicting Exacerbation of Crohn's disease (CORE-CD)

Project Description

Monitoring tools for Crohn's patients are still suboptimal, both in patients' acceptance and in their ability to disclose pan-enteric gut inflammation to predict outcomes. This project will advance AI-based capsule endoscopy as a main patient-friendly pillar in the monitoring of CD in remission and produce a visualomic-multiOmics integrated model for optimized flare prediction and risk-based management guidance.
