Decoding the clinical impact of host and microbial intestinal proteomic landscape in Crohn's disease

Project Description

This pilot trial will quantify thousands of bacterial proteins and dozens of host anti-microbial peptides (AMPs) at the protein level to generate unique knowledge as to altered bacterial and global AMP patterns and better understand microbial-driven dysregulated immune activation in CD.
