Project Title

Development of a regulatory roadmap for colonoscopy bowel preparations for Crohn's disease patients

Project Description

There are currently no approved bowel preps that address the important unmet needs and challenges that CD patients encounter when prepping for a colonoscopy. This grant aims to better understand the critical issues that CD patients face regarding colonoscopy prep, which will improve their experience and compliance, and yield greater diagnostic accuracy. If successful, the development of a generic clinical and regulatory roadmap will speed the eventual approval and launch of new technologies designed to improve diagnosis and disease management for CD patients leading to improved care and outcomes for people living with CD.
