Project Title

Dieta Anti-Inflamatoria: a Crohn's disease management strategy tailored for Puerto Ricans

Project Description

To improve access to quality care for all CD patients globally, there is a need to translate dietary interventions and nutritional programs for use across cultures by tailoring diets to account for regional availability of foods and cultural preferences. If successful, this study will develop a well-rounded and locally-tailored nutritional program to treat an underserved population critically affected by CD, while simultaneously improving clinical and inflammatory outcomes.
