Computational design of glucose responsive cyclic peptides

Project Description

To identify and develop glucose responsive macrocyclic peptides that can be conjugated to insulin, making them Glucose Responsive Insulins (GRI) and enabling them to only work at high glucose levels and turn off at low glucose levels.
