Cellular biomarkers for pediatric Crohn's disease

Project Description

This study will determine the clinical utility of histological markers - intestinal Paneth cell phenotype (PCP) and microvillus length (MVL) - in predicting outcomes in pediatric Crohn's disease, and identify the molecular pathways associated with abnormal PCP and MVL.
