Israel 21c placed a spotlight on Israel Program grantee Volcani Center’s innovative model sustainable farm. The organization seeks to increase the use of farming practices that are both environmentally sustainable and economically feasible for farmers. Supported by a $4.8 million Helmsley grant, the farm will benefit from an on-site laboratory, and serve as a hub for the education of farmers and researchers.
