Marianas Variety Highlights Helmsley Grant to Northern Marianas College

Patients treated in their own communities, surrounded by support networks and local practitioners heal and recover faster. This belief has driven Helmsley’s long-term commitment to expanding rural healthcare access and fostering community grown workforce development. 

Marianas Variety has covered the latest efforts towards this goal, featuring a recent Helmsley grant to the Northern Marianas College nursing program, supporting the development of a locally trained workforce and the acquisition of new training equipment. 

“Anytime we’re able to create a program that keeps healthcare local and helps people stay home, it’s better for the individual because they’re surrounded by those they love,” said Walter Panzirer, Helmsley Trustee.
